Requirements
Must:
I am looking for someone who brings around five years or more of experience in IT project teams, with a proven record of successful project deliveries. You should possess a deep understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, and the software development lifecycle. Certifications like PMP or PRINCE2 would demonstrate your commitment to excellence. Proficiency with tools such as MS Project, Jira, or ServiceNow PPM is essential for seamless project tracking and reporting. Additionally, excellent communication skills are important, as you'll need to make complex technical concepts accessible to all stakeholders.
Responsibilities
As the IT Project Manager & Portfolio Coordinator, you will play a critical role in orchestrating IT initiatives from conception to completion. Your responsibilities will include strategizing project scopes, aligning resources, and ensuring timely delivery, all while keeping a keen eye on the overarching portfolio to guarantee alignment with our organisational goals. This hands-on PM role will also involve overseeing and coordinating the entire group IT project portfolio. It’s not just about managing tasks; you will be weaving together diverse teams, bridging the gap between technical intricacies and business objectives, and fostering collaborations that lead to groundbreaking solutions.
