Requirements
Must:
- Experience in leading an IT helpdesk or IT support team
- Hands-on technical skills in IT desktop support
- Previous experience managing an IT support environment or as a senior IT service desk analyst
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange Online, Intune & Microsoft 365
- Proven background as an IT Helpdesk Team Leader, IT Manager, or Senior IT Support Analyst
- Experience in managing IT assets and developing IT workflows, automation, and processes
- Team leading and mentoring experience
Responsibilities
- Manage the IT Helpdesk team, developing and assisting team members
- Lead on Microsoft desktop support projects
- Involved in the change management process and develop Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Define and measure KPIs for the helpdesk team
- Have a significant impact on overall IT strategy, including developing technical standards and IT policies
- Mentor and guide junior members of the helpdesk team

We offer a competitive salary between £40,000 - £45,000 and a fantastic opportunity to lead a dedicated helpdesk team while continuing to develop your technical skills.
