Requirements
Must:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT or Business Change within a Law firm
- Experience working on multiple IT BA projects including Systems, Software delivery, or IT Infrastructure
- Ability to gather requirements and create viable technical solutions
- Excellent critical thinking and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies
- Accountability for improving the BA process
- Familiarity with functional specifications and requirements gathering
- Experience working on medium to large-scale projects across various areas, such as IT, Finance, or HR
Responsibilities
- Undertake analysis work for projects, including requirements gathering and process mapping
- Create functional specifications from business requirements
- Liaise with teams across the business to ensure project success
- Provide concise reporting to key stakeholders
- Engage with all parts of the business to influence project delivery and satisfaction
- Support the delivery of strategic initiatives related to IT and software
- Coordinate user testing efforts as part of the analysis process
- Identify and seek opportunities for process improvement and efficiency
