- Strengthen governance around code quality and engineering practices
- Drive automation, CI/CD maturity, and release processes for increased deployment confidence
- Improve system resilience through strategic improvements
- Lead the evolution of cloud foundations, observability, security, and recovery capabilities
Description
We are a leading company located in Peterborough seeking a Head of Software Engineering to provide technical leadership in Software Engineering and DevOps. With a team of 10, you will be pivotal in turning architectural concepts into reality while being part of our senior leadership team. We offer a competitive salary of £75,000 - £90,000, alongside the flexibility of hybrid working, allowing you to work 2 days from our offices.
