- Influence and guide architectural direction and organisational structure
- Strengthen governance around code quality, engineering practices, and technical discipline across teams
- Drive automation, CI/CD maturity, and release processes to increase deployment confidence
- Improve system resilience and reduce operational fragility through strategic improvements
- Lead the evolution of cloud foundations, observability, security, and recovery capabilities

In this role, you will lead a talented team of 10, focusing on the delivery of architectural concepts and ensuring the technical excellence of our platform. We embrace hybrid working with 2 days in the office, and we offer a competitive salary between £75,000 and £90,000.
