Requirements
Must:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in software development with a strong focus on Go (Golang).
- Solid understanding of backend architecture, distributed systems, and API design.
- Proficiency in DevOps practices, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and cloud platforms.
- Excellent communication skills and a true team player.
- Experience with SaaS platforms or automation tools is a plus.
- Comfortable working in agile environments (Scrum or Kanban).
- Familiarity with microservices, event-driven systems, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is desirable.
- Background in product management or user-centered design is desirable.
- Understanding of performance optimization and data modeling is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Develop backend services and components using Go.
- Design and implement APIs, data models, and automation workflows.
- Optimize performance, scalability, and reliability of distributed systems.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical discussions.
- Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Help identify and resolve technical bottlenecks and bugs.
