Requirements
Must:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, working within IT or Business Change for a law firm
- Experience in professional services such as Financial Services, Banking, Legal, Insurance preferred
- Ability to work on multiple IT BA projects, including IT Business Change, Systems, Software delivery or IT Infrastructure
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Proven critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies
- Ability to gather requirements and create viable technical solutions
- Experience in process mapping and coordinating user testing
- Strong communication skills to engage with various parts of the business
- Commitment to improve and streamline BA processes
Responsibilities
- Undertake analysis work for projects, including requirements gathering and creating functional specifications
- Engage with all parts of the business to ensure projects run smoothly and meet satisfaction
- Provide influence and input on overall business delivery projects
- Liaise with teams across the business, including IT, Finance, HR, and software
- Work on medium to large-scale projects across various areas of the business
- Provide concise reporting to key stakeholders and support delivery of strategic initiatives
- Identify areas for improvement in the BA process and implement more efficient practices
- Participate in projects from inception through to completion
