Requirements
Must:
- Strong experience with Office 365 administration, licensing, and migrations
- Hands-on experience with Azure, including building and migrating customers to the platform
- Familiarity with SharePoint and Teams Phone is a plus
- Effective communication skills
- Problem-solving aptitude
- Previous experience in an MSP or similar environment
- Driving licence for office, home, and field work
Responsibilities
- Provide IT support both remotely and onsite
- Solve support tickets and troubleshoot technical issues
- Deliver cloud projects and shape technical proposals alongside the Managing Director
- Support and mentor team members, sharing knowledge and experience
- Participate in an on-call rota (approximately one weekend in six)
- Engage in various other IT support tasks, maintaining a focus on MS Cloud solutions
