Requirements
Must:
- Proven track record of designing and delivering end-to-end Power BI solutions in a senior or lead role
- Solid background in finance reporting, including management accounts, KPIs, budgets, forecasts, or financial MI
- Proficiency in DAX, Excel, SSRS, SSIS, and Power Query (Azure experience desirable)
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric pipelines and deployments
- Proven ability to enhance performance through meticulous data analysis
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks, projects, and stakeholders
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics Project Operations and Finance and Operations (nice to have)
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and maintenance of end-to-end Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models to support finance and wider business reporting
- Partner with Finance teams to understand reporting requirements, financial metrics, and statutory/management reporting needs
- Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders
- Work with data from multiple sources, including Azure SQL Data Warehouse, APIs, and other enterprise systems
- Provide expert insight into business performance, supporting projects and strategic MI initiatives
