Requirements
Must:
- IT background
- Experience with security system installation and programming (preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data handling tools
- Familiarity with enterprise software support (SQL, Windows, IIS)
- General networking knowledge (routers, VLANs, QoS)
- PowerShell experience (advantageous)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Organized, accurate, and efficient
- Self-motivated and results-driven
Responsibilities
- Maintain and service existing and future security systems onsite
- Provide technical support for Access Control, CCTV, and PSIM systems globally
- Act as a subject matter expert in PSIM, access control, and CCTV systems
- Collaborate closely with the onsite Chubb team and client to meet customer objectives
- Liaise with client security managers to ensure system updates and data accuracy
- Design and implement access configurations for new installations and system variations
