Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in Workday implementation projects (minimum 3 years hands-on)
- Strong knowledge of Workday configuration, integrations, and security setup
- Experience across multiple modules (HCM essential; Financials, Payroll, Absence, Compensation desirable)
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Workday certified (Core HCM or other modules)
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of Workday HCM and related modules (e.g., Absence, Compensation, Talent, Payroll, Financials)
- Configure Workday business processes, security roles, and reporting dashboards
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to define requirements and deliver solutions aligned with business goals
- Manage data migration, integrations, and testing phases
- Support change management, training, and knowledge transfer to internal teams
- Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards
