Must:
We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 2.5 years of experience in software QA testing. You should have hands-on experience with API testing tools like Postman and Swagger, as well as exposure to automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Appium. A strong understanding of Agile methodologies is essential. You should possess analytical thinking, attention to detail, and solid problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills in English are required, and we value a proactive, collaborative, and organized approach.
Responsibilities
As a QA Engineer at our leading video solutions company, you will play a key role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards. Your responsibilities will include designing, executing, and improving test cases throughout the entire software development lifecycle. You will conduct a mix of manual and automated web testing, evaluate requirements, functionality, and user stories to ensure complete coverage, and report and document defects using Jira. Collaboration with internal teams and occasional interactions with external partners will be essential. Additionally, you will troubleshoot issues and work proactively to enhance our testing processes.
Description
We encourage you to apply if you have knowledge of video streaming technologies such as encoding, CDNs, adaptive streaming, or cloud platforms. Experience testing across multiple platforms, including web, mobile, Smart TVs, and consoles, will be considered a bonus. Familiarity with Jira and debugging tools like Charles Proxy will also be advantageous. Please note that this is a hybrid role, requiring three days of work per week from our Central London office.
