Requirements
Must:
We are looking for candidates with proven commercial experience in Laravel. A solid understanding of Tailwind CSS to implement modern, responsive UI designs is essential. You should have experience with Alpine.js, Livewire, and vanilla JavaScript, along with a strong grasp of MySQL, Eloquent models, and RESTful APIs. Familiarity with integrating third-party APIs and webhooks is also required. Proficiency in Git and collaborative code management is a must. You should have a strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while continuously learning new technologies.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will develop, maintain, and enhance APIs and web-based CMS features for a scalable video streaming platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver clean, test-driven, maintainable, and modular code. Troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing applications for performance, security, and scalability will be part of your daily tasks. Additionally, you will refactor code to improve maintainability and reduce complexity, participate in peer code reviews, and engage in Agile sprints. Hands-on experience with AWS tools and services will also be required as part of your daily development.

This is an opportunity to join our technology team and work on complex, high-traffic projects that reach millions of viewers worldwide. You will be involved in developing features across both backend and frontend systems using the latest version of Laravel and the TALL stack (Tailwind, Alpine.js, Laravel, and Livewire). While experience with Alpine.js, Livewire, and vanilla JavaScript is a plus, knowledge of Laravel Queues, Jobs, Horizon, AWS SQS, and modern PHP tools such as Larastan, Rector, or Laravel Shift is also beneficial. Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD (GitHub Actions), and AWS infrastructure will be an advantage, particularly if you have experience in video streaming or the media sector.
