Requirements
Must:
- GCSE grade C/4 or above (or equivalent) including Maths and English
- Experience working with students/young people
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office software
- The ability to work alone and as part of a team with interpersonal skills
- Flexible and proactive approach to work
- The ability to work evenings and weekends
Responsibilities
- Complete annual invigilator training requirements to ensure awareness of awarding body regulations and college procedures.
- Set up and run the exam room, including carrying out ID checks and relaying instructions to a group of candidates in a confident, yet approachable manner.
- Provide exam access arrangements to candidates including acting as a reader/scribe/prompt.
- Maintain the integrity of exam procedures by ensuring the security of exam papers before the exam and the collation of papers and scripts at the end of the exam, returning them to the exams office for dispatch.
- Comply with college-wide policies including our Health and Safety policy, Equal Opportunities policy, Data Protection policy, and Safeguarding policy and practices.

This role offers a competitive hourly rate of £15.60 and involves helping us deliver busy GCSE exams during the summer term. We will provide full training before you begin invigilating.
