Cloud and DevEx Platform Manager

- Define a high-level Cloud Platform strategy aligned to both the business and technology strategies - Specify low-level technical and platform requirements for colleagues and stakeholders - Manage overall project management and accountability of all engineering resources on the Cloud Platform - Serve as the overall service owner of Cloud Platform systems - Maintain up-to-date business and technical documentation - Ensure sufficient alerting, responsiveness, and isolation of systems to manage incidents effectively - Communicate strategy effectively throughout the company - Manage the Banks operational risk exposure and implement corrective actions - Ensure suitable metrics are in place to measure performance and progress in the Cloud Platform - Monitor and execute business initiatives
