Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst within Procurement / Source-to-Pay environments
- Experience working with enterprise systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Coupa, Ariba, ServiceNow)
- Strong understanding of end-to-end procurement processes
- Experience with process mapping and requirements documentation
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Exposure to ServiceNow (S2P, ITSM or Procurement modules) (desirable)
- Agile / Scrum experience (desirable)
- ITIL knowledge or certification (desirable)
Responsibilities
- Gathering and analysing business requirements across procurement, case management and ITSM
- Conducting gap analysis between current and future-state processes
- Producing functional specifications, user stories and process documentation
- Collaborating with technical teams to design scalable solutions
- Supporting UAT, testing cycles and solution validation
- Facilitating workshops and stakeholder meetings
Description
We are a global business with a flexible working environment, looking to recruit a ServiceNow Business Analyst specializing in Source to Pay (S2P). This permanent position offers a salary of up to £70,000 per annum depending on experience. We encourage candidates to work in our London office twice a week, but we are open to fully remote arrangements for the right individual.
