Requirements
Must:
- Epicor functional consulting experience (previous from current role is fine)
- Deep Finance & Manufacturing expertise
- Strong stakeholder confidence — including C-suite
- Proven ability to deliver complex ERP solutions
Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle Epicor projects across Record-to-Report (R2R) & multi-company financials
- Oversee Plan-to-Produce (P2P) & manufacturing optimisation
- Manage Order-to-Cash (O2C) & Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes
- Guide intercompany trading, cost controls, data migration & solution design
- Mentor and manage a team of 5 Functional and Technical Consultants
- Review designs to ensure quality delivery and raise standards
- Drive best practices across Finance & Manufacturing processes
