Requirements
Must:
- Previous experience as an IT Manager or Senior IT Lead, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong understanding of infrastructure, networks (LAN/WAN), and server technologies.
- Experience supporting manufacturing systems (ERP/MES) is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and system hardening.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels and lead technology change.
- A proactive, solutions-focused individual with a passion for continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Oversee, maintain, and continuously improve the company’s IT infrastructure, networks, servers, and systems.
- Lead IT planning, strategy, and project delivery aligned with business objectives.
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors, MSPs, and software providers.
- Ensure the reliability and security of business-critical manufacturing systems.
- Lead on cybersecurity, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.
- Support ERP, MES, and other manufacturing-related applications.
- Provide hands-on technical expertise where required and support end users across the business.
- Manage IT budgets, licences, procurement, and technology refresh cycles.
