Requirements
Must:
- Experience working with ERP systems within a manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes such as production, MRP, and supply chain
- Ability to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with Sage or similar ERP systems is advantageous
Responsibilities
- Provide functional support for ERP systems within manufacturing environments
- Work closely with clients to understand business processes and identify areas for improvement
- Assist with ERP system implementations, upgrades, and enhancements
- Deliver user training and create supporting documentation
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide effective, timely resolutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery
Description
We are a well-established, UK-based technology solutions provider that is continuing to grow our ERP consulting team. This opportunity is ideal for an ERP Manufacturing Consultant looking to further develop their career within a supportive and forward-thinking environment. The role will focus on supporting and delivering ERP solutions to manufacturing clients, with a strong emphasis on process improvement, system optimisation, and client engagement. A structured training programme is provided, with a clear development pathway into Sage X3 consultancy. This position is based in the Birmingham area with hybrid working options, and we offer a competitive salary up to £60,000 along with additional benefits.
