Requirements
Must:
- At least 3 – 5 years of experience in an IT support or systems role
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Azure
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Entra
- Strong working knowledge of Intune
- Strong working knowledge of Windows Server (2016 / 2019 / 2022)
- Strong working knowledge of Active Directory
- Strong working knowledge of Windows networking
- Basic knowledge of routing, switching, and firewall rules
- Printer support and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer-focused attitude
- Proactive, can-do approach to problem-solving
Responsibilities
- Providing excellent 2nd line technical support to our clients
- Acting as an escalation point for the 1st line support team
- Troubleshooting issues across a wide range of systems and technologies
- Working on projects involving Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune and more
- Assisting with research and development of new services and solutions
