Requirements
Must:
- Current SC Level Security Clearance
- Strong experience with ServiceNow administration
- Ability to document and understand current workflows
- Proficient in creating and configuring catalog items in ServiceNow
- Experience in testing and validating workflows
- Strong communication skills to work with stakeholders
- Knowledge of IT hardware and procurement processes
Responsibilities
- Review and update hardware Hybrid Working Bundle in ServiceNow
- Implement an add to basket option for end users
- Collaborate with Asset Management and EUC teams to document requirements
- Understand current workflows for bundle requests
- Create new bundle request within ServiceNow
- Configure workflows to streamline the process
- Test end-to-end workflow for user requests
- Incorporate stakeholder feedback to make necessary adjustments
- Develop documentation and training materials for the new process
