We are looking for a Senior Project Manager with proven experience in delivering ERP-to-Cloud migration projects. While experience with Oracle Cloud Fusion is desirable, it is not essential. You should have a strong track record in managing systems integration and application change, as well as the ability to matrix manage technical and functional resources across teams and suppliers. Excellent skills in project planning, RAID management, and delivery are required. Additionally, any experience working with Boomi or integration platforms, supporting System Integration Testing (SIT), or understanding Higher Education or similarly complex organizational environments would be a plus.
Responsibilities
As our Senior Project Manager, you will lead the delivery of the systems and integration workstream within our programme. You will be accountable for ensuring that all technical activities are identified, planned, resourced, and delivered effectively, aligning with our wider programme objectives. Your responsibilities will include coordinating and matrix managing multiple technical and functional resources, ensuring application activities are properly planned, resourced, and tracked through to completion, and overseeing the delivery of organization-side activities to support integrations (e.g., Boomi). You will work in partnership with the testing teams to ensure effective planning and execution of System Integration Testing (SIT). Moreover, you will identify, manage, and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies across integration and boundary system changes, providing clear, evidence-based progress updates and assurance to the IT Programme Delivery Lead and senior stakeholders.
Description
This is a contract role with a duration of 2 years, offering a rate of £680 per day. The position is based in Manchester with hybrid working arrangements, requiring on-site presence for two days a week. We are looking to fill this role as soon as possible.
