Requirements
Must:
As the Senior EUC Engineer, you should possess the following essential skills and experience:
- Experience with Windows 11
- Proficiency in Microsoft Azure, including Intune
- Familiarity with SCCM
- PowerShell scripting abilities
- Experience with hardware support for End User Devices and Printers
- Knowledge of software support, including Microsoft Office, Papercut, Autodesk, and Citrix
- Microsoft MD102 certification or equivalent experience
- Familiarization with Service Now
Responsibilities
In this role, I will require you to:
- Provide daily support for Windows 11
- Offer daily support for Microsoft Azure, including Intune, application delivery, and Windows EUD builds via SCCM/Intune
- Utilize PowerShell scripting to create reports and automate delivery
- Support hardware for End User Devices and printers
- Assist with end user software support, including Microsoft Office, Papercut, Autodesk, and Citrix
- Take ownership of technical problems and develop/document change requests
- Deliver managed device builds for project delivery and complete any associated documentation
Description
This position is for a 12-month contract, with a hybrid work model based in Milton Keynes, where you will be expected to be onsite 4 days per week at the client’s office. The rate for this role ranges from £450-£455 per day and is classified as Inside IR35.
