Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience as a Data Architect, preferably within government environments
- Strong knowledge of AI technologies and their application in data platforms
- Expertise in enterprise-scale data architecture design and implementation
- Experience in data transformation initiatives and modernization of legacy platforms
- Understanding of data governance frameworks and standards
- Familiarity with security and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels
- BPSS Clearance required
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and evolution of enterprise-scale data architectures
- Support large-scale data transformation initiatives
- Define and implement data standards, models, and governance frameworks
- Advise on the use of AI and advanced analytics in data architecture
- Collaborate with technical teams, stakeholders, and delivery partners
- Ensure solutions align with government data principles and policies
Description
We are a central government department seeking two experienced Senior Data Architects for an initial 6-month contract in our London office, working in a hybrid model. Our team is focused on shaping data architecture while effectively embedding AI technologies within government data platforms. We are committed to promoting equality and diversity in our operations and offer competitive compensation, including a rate of up to £800 per day.
