Requirements
Must:
- Proven IAM delivery experience.
- Hands-on SailPoint experience (essential).
- Strong experience with Entra ID and Active Directory.
- Understanding of identity governance, least-privilege and audit controls.
- Experience integrating IAM with enterprise systems.
- Knowledge of Police NIAM (desirable).
- Experience working in UK policing or secure public sector environments (desirable).
Responsibilities
- Review and improve the existing IAM landscape and processes.
- Design and implement identity lifecycle processes (joiners, movers, leavers).
- Configure SailPoint workflows and integrations with Niche, NIAM, Entra ID and AD.
- Implement role-based and attribute-based access controls.
- Support authentication, authorisation, audit and compliance activities.
- Assist with testing, go-live and operational transition.
- Produce clear IAM designs and operational documentation.
Description
We are recruiting for an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) Specialist to support a major Niche Records Management System (RMS) replacement programme within a UK policing environment. This role is critical to ensuring secure, compliant, and efficient access to operational systems while enabling delivery at pace.
