ERP Test Manager

- Define and maintain the overall testing approach for the ERP programme - Develop structured testing plans covering Integrated System Testing (IST) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) - Define testing governance including defect management processes and issue prioritisation - Ensure testing activities align with programme timelines and key delivery milestones - Coordinate testing activities across all functional workstreams including Finance, Procurement & AP, Sales & AR, Budgeting, Inventory, Projects, Expenses, Assets, and Integrations - Support SMEs to create a suite of defined test scenarios and prepare test data where appropriate - Facilitate cross-workstream testing where business processes span multiple functional areas - Establish and manage the process for logging, triaging and prioritising testing defects - Track issues identified during testing and coordinate resolution with relevant teams - Provide oversight of defect resolution progress throughout testing cycles - Provide oversight of integration testing across the programme in collaboration with the ERP Integration Delivery Analyst - Track overall testing progress across all workstreams and provide regular updates to programme leadership on testing progress, risks, and readiness for the next phase of delivery - Define and manage the tools used to track testing activities and defects - Ensure a clear and consistent approach to test tracking is adopted across the programme
