Requirements
Must:
- I have experience in designing and implementing Azure cloud solutions from design through to production.
- I have deployed, managed, and supported any two of the following technologies in a large organization: Azure IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS, Entra ID, Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform and ARM, Microsoft Defender Suite (including Defender for Cloud, Defender for Office, Defender for Identity, and Defender for Cloud Apps), Containerization technologies (including Azure Kubernetes), and secure logging of Azure and Microsoft Events (such as Log Analytics).
- I possess proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python.
- I hold relevant Azure qualifications relating to Microsoft/Azure Solutions Architecture and Security (e.g., SC-900, AZ-900, AZ-305, AZ-204, AZ-500).
- I have experience supporting Microsoft infrastructure deployments in multi-campus or multi-site environments.
- I understand best practices for cloud environments, including security, cost optimization, operational excellence, reliability, and performance efficiency.
- I have strong experience in supporting, managing, and developing Azure Infrastructure technologies, such as Networking, Security, Storage, and Compute.
Responsibilities
- I will specialize in Azure and lead the architecture, implementation, and optimization of cloud solutions to ensure the design of scalable and resilient architectures.

- We are currently seeking a Cloud Security & Solution Architect for a permanent position. The salary range is £39,423 - £46,760, and the role is hybrid, requiring 2-3 days per week in Northern Ireland.
