Requirements
Must:
- Strong background in Test-Driven Development practices
- Experience with automated testing frameworks and CI/CD
- Extensive hands-on experience designing and executing automated tests
- Experience establishing test strategies from scratch
- Demonstrated ability to coach experienced engineers
- Strong requirements elicitation and analysis skills
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
- C / C++ / MatLab / Similink (advantageous)
- Jetson Orin NX / Linux (advantageous)
- Hardware-software integration (advantageous)
- Simulation or real-time embedded systems (advantageous)
- Safety-critical or high-reliability systems experience (advantageous)
Responsibilities
- Act as a technical leader, coach, and change agent, embedding Test Driven Development (TDD) practices into our team of engineers
- Shape engineering culture and introduce TDD principles while maintaining clear organisational separation between development and testing
- Act as a hands-on test practitioner, personally designing, implementing, and executing project tests
- Provide objective evidence of software quality in line with quality assurance requirements
