Requirements
Must:
We are looking for an individual with excellent customer service and communication skills. You should have strong technical knowledge in the following areas:
- Windows Server 2012 and Windows 10/11
- Active Directory and Group Policy
- Hyper-V virtualization
- Microsoft 365 tenant and SharePoint Online administration
- Network infrastructure (DNS, DHCP, routing, switching)
- Firewall configuration (Meraki / Draytek / Sophos)
- MS Teams and cloud-based managed services
- PowerShell scripting and automation
- VoIP technologies
- Apple macOS and iOS support

Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Provide on-site and remote technical support for clients across various sectors.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex hardware, software, and networking issues.
- Configure and manage Windows Server environments and Microsoft 365 tenants.
- Install, maintain, and support network infrastructure including firewalls, switches, and wireless devices.
- Support and administer Active Directory, Group Policies, Hyper-V, and SharePoint Online.
- Work with VoIP systems (preferably Gamma) and support Microsoft Teams deployments.
- Document your work accurately and update ticketing systems accordingly.
- Escalate unresolved issues while maintaining ownership through to resolution.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.
- Assist with the design and implementation of IT solutions for customers.
