Critical analysis and evaluation of IT requirements, as well as managing the expectations and delivery of requested services to the Poland IM Team and customers, are essential. You should also demonstrate high-level customer care skills, good teamwork and stakeholder management abilities, and a broad understanding of IT technologies. Familiarity with Service Delivery activities and processes, along with ITIL knowledge and implementation, is required. The role will require you to travel to Poland and other international locations at short or reasonable notice.
Responsibilities
In this role, I will act as the UK Service Lead for workplace and infrastructure services for our Polish organization, ensuring a supportive and effective working environment. I will support the IM Overseas Service Manager to manage planned and emerging service management activities and work closely with the Poland IM Team to achieve agile IT service delivery. Collaboration with the wider UK IM Service teams will be crucial to identify and resolve IT requirements, and I will assist the IM UK Project teams in defining service support for new services delivered to Poland.
Additionally, I will add Service Assurance to all incidents and requests from overseas users, ensuring they are managed to a suitable conclusion within specified timescales. I will raise requests on the ITSM service management platform for overseas users and support the IM Projects & Networks team in delivering client and infrastructure services related to overseas support. I will work with the ISP procurement team to ensure the definition, purchase, and delivery of hardware and software requirements support the development activities in Poland. Establishing effective relationships with key stakeholders for productive and collaborative communication is vital, as is implementing service improvements for a more effective and cost-efficient service. I will ensure that requests from overseas customers are managed to completion promptly and with high customer service standards while resolving incidents within specified service level agreements. Finally, I will ensure consistent achievement of service key performance indicators.
