Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience as an Integration Solution Architect or similar role
- Strong stakeholder management and proactive communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Business acumen and industry sector knowledge
- Familiarity with IT Strategic Roadmaps and relevant reference architectures (Cloud, Mobile, Integration, OpenSource, Big Data, etc.)
- Proficiency in architecture tools like IBM System Architect, PowerDesigner, and ProVision
- Ability to make solution decisions within established architectural guidelines
- Experience in training, coaching, and guiding professionals in architecture and engineering
Responsibilities
- Translate architectural guidelines and standards into practical solutions
- Address common technical challenges and provide actionable recommendations to enhance business performance
- Identify, develop, and adopt new technologies to optimize IT systems and platforms
- Contribute to the training and guidance of professionals within the architecture and engineering community
- Act as a subject matter expert, representing the organization with suppliers, customers, and external partners
- Make solution decisions within established architectural guidelines, escalating deviations as necessary
- Apply TOE standards and maintain architectural artifacts promoting reuse and standardization

This role is on an initial 12-month contract, requiring individuals to be onsite three days a week and two days remote.
