Requirements
Must:
- Experience leading architecture design across technology, people, and processes.
- Ability to influence organizational structures and ensure alignment with strategy.
- Strong communication skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in framing complex problems, defining solutions, and coaching others in problem-solving.
- Experience in making high-risk architectural decisions and leading governance and assurance processes.
- Ability to evaluate and select suppliers while identifying appropriate contractual frameworks.
- Strong community collaboration skills to resolve cross-team issues and grow the architecture community.
- Strategic foresight to assess industry and societal trends and anticipate policy changes.
Responsibilities
- Identify priorities for change to enable delivery at pace.
- Lead and influence the delivery of cross-cutting capabilities that facilitate change.
- Own the enterprise architecture vision, strategy, and roadmaps, including current, future, and transitional states.
- Support collaboration across the business and understand the organizational ecosystem and interdependencies.
- Take a strategic view across all architectural domains, portfolios, and programmes.
- Guide business, technology, and data decisions by recommending reuse, sustainability, and scalability to reduce risk and maximize value.
- Establish architectural principles, policies, and standards.
