Requirements
Must:
- Experience with Catia V5 for the creation & validation of 3D models (including System Installation)
- Familiarity with 3Dx and exposure to DMUi & SSCI activities (added advantage)
- Knowledge of the Aircraft build process
- Basic understanding of Aircraft systems
- Experience with PDM/VPM tools and linking to CAD models in a context environment
- Appreciation of composite design and manufacturing considerations
Responsibilities
- Lead, develop, and validate DMUs for the Wing Airframe R&T Department
- Collaborate with a small, experienced, and dedicated team
- Drive results-oriented projects to ensure success
Description
We are a Manufacturing business operating in the Aerospace sector, designing, manufacturing, and delivering industry-leading commercial aircraft, alongside our Space and Defense division. This role, based in the Filton area, is contract-based and hybrid.
