Requirements
Must:
- Extensive experience working with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and Integration Suite (CPI)
- Strong knowledge of SAP Security and Authorizations
- Familiarity with SAP Cloud ALM, Solution Manager, or ChaRM
- Proven track record of enabling continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) for SAP changes
- Experience supporting automated testing processes
- Ability to define non-functional requirements (NFRs)
- Skills in monitoring using SAP standard tools and enterprise application performance monitoring (APM) solutions
- Expertise in alerting, incident response, and performance tuning at scale
- Capacity to leverage AI-assisted analysis and diagnostics for system reliability
- Strong focus on maintaining human judgment and ownership throughout processes
Responsibilities
- Manage and standardise supply chain platform integrations
- Collaborate with central integrations and architecture teams to ensure adherence to Centrica patterns and best practices
- Ensure robust integrations between SAP and non-SAP systems, including warehouse automation and logistics providers
- Standardise data exchange and error handling
- Support MDG/DMS enablement
- Plan and deliver platform features while maintaining roadmaps and reusable assets
- Oversee SIT/UAT and environment strategy
- Set standards for reliability, performance, and security
- Drive observability and SRE for SAP workloads
- Enforce security, privacy, auditability, and segregation of duties
- Track value delivered through faster cycles, fewer incidents, improved recovery, reduced costs, and greater reuse
