Requirements
Must:

- A strong understanding of channel sales.
- Knowledge of sales cycles, pipeline management, and sales forecasting.
- The ability to understand commercials to maintain and grow revenue in line with assigned targets.
- Experience in building and maintaining effective long-term relationships.
- The capability to work effectively and multitask within a busy, fast-paced office environment.
- Strong customer service skills to support clients efficiently.
- The ability to manage workload effectively to meet client requirements without constant supervision.
- Proficiency in utilizing CRM tools to maintain client records, monitor performance, and identify whitespace opportunities.
- Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
- A self-starter attitude with initiative to drive results independently, thriving in a client-focused environment.
- The candidate should have either:
- 1-5 years of experience in Channel Management roles, or
- 3-7 years of relevant sales experience working for a channel partner.
Responsibilities
As the Channel Manager for Cloud & Data Solutions, I will expect you to:
- Maintain long-term strategic relationships with key channel partners.
- Identify target channel partners that align with our growth strategy.
- Acquire new channel partners and build mutually beneficial relationships.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews with assigned channel partners to nurture existing relationships, ensure service satisfaction, and maintain growth targets.
- Monitor performance against growth targets and drive inbound leads from channel partners.
- Assist the sales team with progressing live opportunities within partner accounts and connect sales representatives with appropriate partner sales teams.
- Position our company to attend and/or sponsor relevant partner and channel events, and attend partner and industry events.
- Visit partner office locations regularly (up to 2-3 days per week) and coordinate channel enablement activities.
- Collaborate with marketing on channel marketing activities and achieve individual KPIs, meeting revenue growth and margin targets monthly, quarterly, and annually.
- Develop and adapt partner programs to meet both our and the channel partner's objectives.
- Collaborate with the account management team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing channel customers.
- Maintain a broad understanding of key technology areas and demonstrate business advantages through technology investments and ROI models.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system regarding client interactions and other relevant information.
- Stay current on cloud and data solution technologies as well as industry trends to provide informed recommendations to clients.
