Responsibilities
As the Head of Customer and Digital, you will play a strategic role within our Resources and Organisational Change team. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading and delivering our customer and digital transformation agenda.
- Redesigning our services and engaging with customers to improve their experiences.
- Utilizing technology to deliver better and smarter services for our residents.
- Driving the uptake of digital services and co-designing initiatives with community partners.
- Applying emerging technologies like AI and automation to enhance outcomes for customers and staff.
- Building strong, respectful relationships that inspire stakeholders to embrace change.
