Requirements
Must:
- A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in a 2nd/3rd line infrastructure engineer role.
- Knowledge of PowerShell scripting for automation and troubleshooting.
- Strong technical skills across Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Azure, Active Directory, Entra ID, and Microsoft Defender.
- Proven experience in the management and administration of SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams.
- Experience with Windows Server administration and patch management.
- A strong background in incident resolution and contributing to problem and change management.
- Understanding of networking fundamentals, including Azure firewall management.
- Familiarity with infrastructure monitoring tools and security processes.
- Maintains up-to-date expertise in Microsoft 365 trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, user-facing engagement, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
- Administer and support Microsoft 365 services, including Office 365, Entra ID, Intune, Pervue, and Azure Virtual Desktop.
- Manage and administer Entra ID, Microsoft Exchange, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Teams environments.
- Oversee Azure infrastructure, including security and basic networking/firewall configurations.
- Resolve incidents in a timely and professional manner by working directly with users to diagnose and fix issues.
- Contribute to wider problem and change management processes to improve stability and service delivery.
- Oversee patch management and updates for Microsoft and Windows Server environments to ensure compliance, security, and currency.
- Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation and troubleshooting.
- Identify, debug, and resolve infrastructure issues to ensure optimal system performance and reliability.
- Provide expert guidance on Microsoft 365 and Azure solutions, working collaboratively to optimize and improve infrastructure performance and security.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in infrastructure management and information security.
