Requirements
Must:
- A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in a 2nd/3rd line infrastructure engineer role.
- Highly skilled in PowerShell scripting for automation and troubleshooting.
- Strong technical foundation, including expertise in Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Azure, Active Directory, Entra ID, and Microsoft Defender or equivalent.
- Experience in managing Windows Server environments.
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, including Azure firewall management.
- Knowledge of infrastructure monitoring tools and security processes.
- Up-to-date expertise in Microsoft 365 trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Administer and support Microsoft 365 services, including Office 365, Entra ID, Intune, Perview, and Azure Virtual Desktop.
- Manage Azure infrastructure including security and basic networking/firewall configurations.
- Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation and troubleshooting.
- Identify, debug, and resolve infrastructure issues, ensuring optimal system performance and reliability.
- Provide expert guidance on Microsoft 365 and Azure solutions.
- Work collaboratively to optimize and improve infrastructure performance and security.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in infrastructure management and information security.
