Must:
- I seek someone with a strong background in IT service or delivery roles, who can communicate effectively with both IT professionals and end users. - Demonstrated experience in engaging a wide range of stakeholders, including team leads, department heads, and senior colleagues is essential. - Excellent service reporting skills are required, along with advanced administrative proficiency in the Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - I need a candidate who possesses a data-informed approach, demonstrating the ability to work with both qualitative and quantitative data to draw meaningful insights that support continuous service improvement. - Skills in designing and interpreting reports and visual dashboards using tools such as Power BI are necessary to provide insight into service performance and colleague experience. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills are crucial, as I require someone who can present complex information clearly and diplomatically. - A genuine interest in improving how people experience technology in their daily work is a must. - Confidence in working independently and effectively managing time in a fast-paced environment is expected. - I value a collaborative mindset and the ability to work across teams with sensitivity and professionalism. - Experience using IT service management platforms for reporting, tracking service performance, and managing user interactions is needed. - An ITIL v4 Foundation certification is the minimum qualification required to demonstrate understanding of service management principles.

Responsibilities

- As the IT Business Partner, I will be your key point of contact between IT and internal teams, where I will build trusted working relationships with colleagues at all levels, including senior leadership. - You will identify patterns in colleague feedback and technology pain points, using data and insights to inform priorities for service improvement. - Collaborating with IT service managers, you will interpret performance trends and user sentiment, supporting strategic decisions with well-evidenced reporting. - I will rely on you to coordinate and deliver structured management information and dashboards, ensuring that reporting is timely, accurate, and aligned with stakeholder expectations. - You will support the introduction and tracking of user-focused service measures, including experience-based indicators. - Creating clear, user-friendly communications that make IT services understandable and relevant for non-technical colleagues will be part of your role. - I expect you to actively promote a collaborative and respectful IT culture that centers around user needs, feedback, and empowerment. - You will take the time to understand daily working realities across different teams, thereby supporting alignment between service delivery and real-world organizational requirements.
