Must:

Familiarity with programming or scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or PowerShell is advantageous. Additionally, you should possess cyber security awareness and compliance knowledge, along with leadership experience to guide, motivate, and develop a small team. Experience in producing management reports and data-driven insights is also necessary.
Responsibilities
As our IT Systems Manager, you will manage and maintain the company’s internal software systems, ensuring they operate efficiently to meet our business needs. You will lead software implementation projects, upgrades, integrations, and process optimizations. It will be important to assess emerging technologies and recommend solutions to enhance our operations. You will ensure that all systems comply with cyber security, data protection, and software licensing requirements. Collaborating closely with stakeholders across various departments, you will identify software needs and deliver effective solutions. You will manage relationships with software vendors and service providers, including contract management and performance monitoring. Additionally, you will create documentation, training materials, and user guides to maximize software adoption while providing reporting and insights on system performance to support executive decision-making. Supporting staff with software-related issues will also be a key part of your role, along with managing budgets for software initiatives and licensing costs.
