We seek candidates with a strong academic background in a relevant field and proficiency in ETL tools, such as Alteryx or Databricks (experience with Retool is a plus). Advanced SQL skills for querying and modeling relational databases are essential. A solid understanding of financial concepts is crucial, with tax reporting experience being beneficial. Ideally, the candidate will have prior experience in KPI modeling within the iGaming or betting industry. An interest in sports and betting is a bonus. We value proactive and professional individuals capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, along with strong communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
In this role, I will design and build automated workflows to support cross-brand tax reporting while accommodating varying regulatory requirements. I will develop a unified analytics model that aligns commercial KPIs with financial revenue reporting across multiple business units. I’ll translate financial terms into structured data definitions and ensure consistency across the group. Additionally, I will drive process automation using ETL tools to promote efficiency and alignment, provide technical mentorship and training to team members, and collaborate with finance teams to meet statutory obligations and support audit processes. I’ll also convert business requirements into specifications for data modeling and reporting, lead the design and deployment of business intelligence tools and visualization platforms, and promote technology best practices and scalable analytics processes.

We are seeking a talented and proactive BI Senior Analyst to join our high-performing Finance Business Intelligence and Analytics team in London (Hybrid). In this role, you will have the opportunity to play a key part in delivering a unified financial data strategy across our diverse, global business. Our team supports the full suite of financial reporting needs, ranging from daily operational insights to statutory financial disclosures, across multiple brands and geographies. You will help shape and implement a global financial data model with an initial focus on tax, ensuring that financial metrics are defined, understood, and consistently applied across the organization. The salary for this position is up to £60,000 per annum, and we require experience in the sports betting or gaming sector.
