Requirements
Must:
- Hands-on AI & Automation experience with a deep understanding of AI technologies and their practical applications (e.g., automating processes, data workflows)
- Mastery of Power BI, including advanced dashboarding, DAX, and visual storytelling
- Fluency in Excel, including advanced formulas, dynamic data models, and integrations
- Strong systems thinking, recognizing how tools and data connect across functions
- Excellent soft skills, with confidence in presenting to leadership and the ability to communicate complex concepts in simple terms
- A proactive problem-solving mindset, characterized by resourcefulness and a passion for overcoming challenges
Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI and automation tools to address real business challenges swiftly
- Build impactful dashboards and reporting systems in Power BI to inform decision-making
- Integrate various systems (such as CRM, finance, and operations) to ensure seamless data flow
- Conduct data analysis, modeling, and preparation using Excel with proficiency
- Rapidly prototype solutions without waiting for perfect requirements
- Translate technical concepts into understandable terms for non-technical teams, ensuring buy-in
- Bring energy, innovative ideas, and practical results to every project
