Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in a fast-paced IT Service Desk environment
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Intune, Azure, and Windows 10/11
- A natural communicator, clear, confident, and calm under pressure
- A problem-solver who thrives on challenges and takes pride in delivering results
- Experience with IT infrastructure services and user lifecycle management
- Microsoft certifications or equivalent qualifications required
Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for all IT support queries, delivering 1st & 2nd line support across Microsoft 365, Office apps, and internal systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, mobile, and audio & visual issues with confidence and clarity
- Build and configure devices for new joiners, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience
- Maintain and support end-user tech, from laptops to printers to meeting room setups
- Log, track, and resolve incidents and service requests with precision and care
- Spot patterns, dig deep into recurring issues, and implement long-term fixes
- Create and maintain clear, user-friendly documentation to support the wider team
- Own your work and drive continuous improvement
