Requirements
Must:
- Strong experience as a Software Engineer
- Solid understanding of relational databases and experience with ETL tools
- Experience working in Agile development environments
- Strong experience with web services (REST, JSON, XML)
- CRM or business systems development experience
- Good grasp of integrations, APIs, and internal platforms
- Excellent communication and business awareness; confident in engaging with people
Responsibilities
- Enhance and develop CRM platforms (salesforce experience is ideal; strong CRM/Java-based backgrounds also considered)
- Build and improve integrations and internal tooling
- Work with automation, workflow, and AI-driven features (e.g., Salesforce Einstein)
- Develop scripts and components in Python and other core languages
- Support secure, stable, and scalable system operations
- Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and shape improvements
