Requirements
Must:
- Strong experience as a Software Engineer.
- Solid understanding of relational databases and experience with ETL tools.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
- Strong proficiency with web services (REST, JSON, XML).
- CRM or business systems development experience.
- Good grasp of integrations, APIs, and internal platforms.
- Excellent communication skills with a confident approach to engaging with stakeholders.
- Must be based in the UK and able to visit our office near Manchester once a month.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with our internal development team to evolve CRM and business systems.
- Improve integrations, enhance automation, and AI features.
- Support technical decision-making while taking ownership of projects.
- Enhance and develop CRM platforms, ideally with Salesforce experience (strong CRM/Java-based backgrounds also considered).
- Build and improve integrations and internal tooling.
- Work with automation, workflow, and AI-driven features (e.g., Salesforce Einstein).
- Develop scripts and components in Python and other core languages.
- Support secure, stable, and scalable system operations.
- Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and shape improvements.
