Requirements
Must:
- Solid, hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot
- Comfortable operating at a senior-capable level within a delivery-focused team
- Inquisitive with a willingness to ask questions and contribute ideas
- Ability to collaborate closely with other engineers, product, and design
- Experience with React is useful, but backend experience is the priority
- Open to different strengths such as delivery, system thinking, mentoring, or continuous improvement
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development of a high-throughput operational environment
- Work on applications supporting workshop and operational workflows
- Enhance tablet-based interfaces used in live environments
- Integrate with workforce and process management systems
- Engage in ongoing development of a relatively new, greenfield platform
- Participate in a mix of new feature development, iteration, and improvement
- Influence how things are built without the pressure of owning everything
