Requirements
Must:
- Established experience as a Product Owner within Agile delivery teams, ideally working on digital or customer-facing products.
- Excellent stakeholder management, with the ability to collaborate across varied business, technical, and regulatory groups.
- Experience working closely with engineering teams, with a solid understanding of frontend led digital delivery.
- Strong backlog ownership, including prioritisation, shaping work for maximum value, and maintaining effective delivery flow.
- Experience operating in regulated environments is desirable, particularly where compliance and user-centred digital journeys intersect.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-scale digital products.
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders and technical teams to meet project goals.
- Ensure effective delivery flow by shaping work for maximum value.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to deliver on time.
Description
We are an established organization offering a 6-month contract for a Product Owner with a chance to extend. This role involves hybrid working with two days per week onsite, providing an immediate start date.
