Requirements
Must:
- Strong experience designing and building enterprise solutions on the Power Platform
- Hands-on experience with Dataverse, Dynamics 365, ALM, and Azure DevOps
- Experience coding in JavaScript or C#
- Comfortable communicating with stakeholders and influencing technical direction
- Exposure to Power Apps Test Studio or other testing solutions
- Microsoft certifications are desirable but not essential
Responsibilities
In this role, I will take ownership of Power Platform solution design and delivery, building and supporting enterprise-level applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Power Virtual Agents. I will configure and deploy Dataverse and Dynamics 365 solutions, while working closely with architects, stakeholders, and delivery teams to ensure secure and scalable outcomes. A key part of my responsibilities will include driving ALM best practices, implementing CI/CD pipelines, and embedding DevOps processes. Although the focus will be on low code, I will occasionally utilize custom code in JavaScript or C# when necessary. There is also potential for me to mentor or manage a small team as our function grows.

I am currently collaborating with a key public sector organization that is looking for a Senior Power Platform Specialist to join the team and assist in rebuilding their entire CRM system on Microsoft Power Platform, moving away from Dynamics. This is a hands-on role, but it also offers the opportunity to mentor colleagues and help shape technical standards.
