Requirements
Must:
- Experience in an Infrastructure or Systems Engineer role (ideally within an MSP or multi-client environment)
- Strong experience with Windows Server and core infrastructure services
- Experience with Linux systems
- Hands-on experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware, Hyper-V or Proxmox
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals including VLANs, routing, switching, VPNs and firewalls
- Experience delivering and supporting LAN, WAN and wireless solutions
- Strong Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS and DHCP knowledge
- A valid UK driving licence
Responsibilities
- Support and deliver infrastructure across on-prem, hybrid, and cloud estates
- Engage in advanced troubleshooting and project delivery
- Manage migrations, upgrades, and security improvements
- Provide escalation support across servers, networks, virtualization, and cloud
- Drive technical improvements and contribute to consultancy work
- Take ownership of diverse client projects and environments
- Continuously develop skills within a fast-paced, varied environment

We are a well-established Managed Service Provider located in Glasgow, seeking an experienced Network & Infrastructure Engineer to join our Technical Services team. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where every day presents new challenges. You will receive a competitive salary of up to £45,000, quarterly bonus opportunities, and 22 days of holiday plus 9 statutory public holidays.
