Requirements
Must:
- Experience in an Infrastructure or Systems Engineer role (ideally within an MSP or multi-client environment)
- Strong experience with Windows Server and core infrastructure services
- Experience with Linux systems
- Hands-on experience with virtualisation technologies such as VMware, Hyper-V or Proxmox
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals including VLANs, routing, switching, VPNs and firewalls
- Experience delivering and supporting LAN, WAN and wireless solutions
- Strong Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS and DHCP knowledge
- A valid UK driving licence
Responsibilities
- Support and deliver infrastructure across on-prem, hybrid, and cloud estates
- Engage in advanced troubleshooting across various technologies
- Participate in project delivery, migrations, upgrades, and security improvements
- Provide escalation support across servers, networks, virtualisation, and cloud
- Drive technical improvements and contribute to consultancy work
- Manage diverse clients and take ownership of tasks
